ZQU Seeks Friendly Relations with the University of Texas-PanAmerican

On Feb 2, Vice President Wang Zhong visited the University of Texas-PanAmerican (UTPA) in Texas, USA , reaching a consensus on building a partnership with UTPA. Wang consulted with Dr. Yvonne T. Quintanilla, Director of the Office of International Programs, on partnership, short/long term faculty/student exchanges and joint Master’s degree programs. Wang also conferred with Provost Paul Sale.
