Guests from Edgewood College, USA Visit ZQU

On the morning of June 5, Vice President Wang Zhong met with Sara Friar, Co- director of the Global Education Center and Binbin Fu, Special Assistant to Asian Affairs from Edgewood College, USA, to discuss possible joint programs.

In accordance with the agreement between the two institutions, ZQU and Edgewood are to carry out the 4+2 and 4+ 1 programs through which after 4 years’ undergraduate programs in ZQU, students who meet the requirements will be able to study for 1-2 years for master’s degree programs in Edgewood.

Sara Friar and Binbin Fu promoted both the undergraduate and post graduate programs through delivering a lecture on Study in Edgewood College, arousing students at ZQU great interests in studying in Edgewood College.

Edgewood College was one of the sister schools introduced by Vice President Wang Zhong after his successful visit to the US earlier this Jan. According to Dr. Li Xiang, the Director of the Office of International Cooperation & Exchange, Edgewood College’s visit to ZQU further expands international collaborative channels for ZQU and thus further promotes ZQU to the world.
