ZQU and Hong Kong Open University sign MOU

On Oct 11, Vice President Wu Yechun (in charge of administration) signed as the ZQU legal representative on the cooperative MOU with Vice May Tang Xiaobin of Zhaoqing and President Yuk-shan Wong of Hong Kong Open University during the 2019 Zhaoqing – Hong Kong Hand in Hand to Build the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area Exchange and its economic and trade events.

According to the MOU, a university with the status as an independent legal person offering undergraduate and beyond programs will be built based on the advantages of Zhaoqing Municipal Government, Honk Kong Open University and Zhaoqing University. The university is committed to boost the in-depth cooperation in education and scientific research between Guangdong and Hong Kong and thus to train international talents for the Bay Area.
